"The wrath never ends"

Films: Carrie (2013)

Alias: None

Type: Mystical

Location: Civilized Area

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Neutral

Summary: Again and again, we keep coming back to this story. That of a girl who discovered a great and terrible power of hers, and let it cut loose on the worst night of her life. It seems that for as long as there are shallow, borderline-sociopathic bullies in our schools, there will always be a Carrie.

History: You already know it by now. Carrie White. Social pariah. Has a crazy religious mother. Discovers she has telekinesis. Tricked into becoming Prom Queen for the sake of a prank...

Notable Kills: See Final Fate.

Final Fate: The inevitable prom massacre is a lot more focused than before, but it's a nightmare for those in Carrie's crosshairs. We've got people getting cut in half by bleachers, electric cables being put to work, some being forced onto the floor to be trampled, and so on. The main bully, Chris, gets the worst of it, as she tries to run Carrie over, only to go sailing out of the front and into a gas station that gets blown up. Carrie then kills her mother, and burns down the house with her in it. However, it is implied that her spirit lives on in unrest.

Powers/Abilities: Strong telekinesis.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 4-The violent rage that made the original Carrie so scary and powerful lives on here, and this time, it's stronger than ever. Granted, the violence is more focused on those who kind of had it coming, but it doesn't make it any less horrific to watch. Because when you've seen this story happen at least twice over, there are going to be upgrades obviously.

Trivia: -Carrie's actress, Chloe Moretz, may not have had the appearance of a pariah, but she was one of the closest actresses to the original Carrie's age, and did give a believable performance.

-Once again, Stephen King cannot seem to enjoy an adaptation of his works. It doesn't help that this film was originally going to be much more faithful, but execs stepped in the way.
